The Monument store is by far the BEST in customer service. If I need some help, I always make it a point to go to the Monument store even if it is out of my way. Sales people deliver excellent customer. This store should be used to train all Verizon employees so all stores can deliver exemplary customer service to their customers. You will not be disappointed. They are absolutely the best in the business! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
